Types of users

School admin

• will have authority to handle all management available in the system

• if GPS tracker installed in any bus stops working admin will be notified

• if RFID reader installed in any bus stops working admin will be notified

• school admin will have an overview of position and status ignition on ignition off for all busses at any given time

•  school admin will be notified if the child doesn’t swipe the RFID card within 15 minutes from the time the school starts

Fleet manager

• can create roots as per your needs assigns each route to the bus and each student to the bus and also tracks them in real time

• if GPS tracker installed in any bus stops working fleet manager will be notified

• if RFID reader installed in any bus stops working fleet manager will be notified

• fleet manager can add edit delete driver

• fleet manager will already have the location details for each student he or she must create few roots according to their needs

• every root should have few common pickup/drop points which will be marked by the fleet manager

•  bus over speeding alert for the fleet manager

• fleet manager will have an overview of position and status ignition on ignition off for all busses at any given time

• Fleet  can view history for any bus

• replace a bus with another bus in case of breakdown (optional)

Parents

• parent will be notified if the child doesn’t swipe the RFID card within 45 minutes from the time the school starts

• parent will receive a notification when the bus is about to reach a predefined pickup point

• parent will receive a notification when his or her child boards the bus

•  parent will be notified the bus leaves the school

• parent will be received a notification before the child reaches his or her predefined drop location

• parent will receive a notification when the child leaves the bus

•  they will be able to find the status of their children’s location in real time
